The Less You Want to Look at It, the More You Must Look
You have to look at the bad situation itself. Because it is the monster that might devour you, but it is also where you can get all the information you need. That is why arguing with your enemies is very useful. They tell you things you did not know, and it is far more dangerous if you do not know what you do not know. Argue with the people who say the things you hate to hear.
Small actions, piled up again and again, become unbelievably powerful. That is another thing you have to know in life: you can look at your life properly, and only then can you see what has gone wrong. First examine your life carefully. Then you can fix it. The way to fix it is to work out what you can actually fix.
People often try to fix things they cannot fix, and I do not recommend that. You can meet all sorts of university students burning to overhaul the international economic system. But they cannot even keep their own room clean.
Life has enough meaning to justify the suffering. But first, life is not optimistic. Some people tell you that you can be happy. Those people are fools.
What you want most is in the place you find most repellent. Do I really have to go that far? That is exactly what you have to do
