NSA
The National Security Agency (NSA) is an intelligence agency under the U.S. Department of Defense that conducts military intelligence activities on a vast scale.
While the CIA and DIA focus on open-source intelligence or human intelligence, the NSA is mainly specialized in collecting and analyzing signals intelligence and technical intelligence using advanced equipment. Its headquarters is in Fort Meade, Maryland, and the director is a U.S. military general. The current name came after World War II, but even since WWII, it had already demonstrated outstanding code-breaking abilities that led the war to victory and hastened its end.
When the NSA was first established, the U.S. government strongly denied its existence, and because it was such a secretive agency, the NSA's nicknames at the time were "No Such Agency" or "Never Say Anything."
